GENERAL CONCEPT AND METHODOLOGY OF DEVELOPING SOLID MEDICINES PLANT EXTRACTS FOR THE TREATMENT OF CARDIOVASCULAR VESSELS

The role and place of different directions of pharmacotherapy and phytotherapy in the modern system of medical practice always determines their capabilities in several aspects, including treatment of acute diseases, treatment of chronic diseases in remission (antirelapse therapy) and disease prevention. Phytotherapy of diseases of the cardiovascular system (CVS) is mainly based on the use of medicinal plants capable of exhibiting a wide range of therapeutic effects.
In the pharmacotherapy of cardiac arrhythmias are usually used plants that can exhibit vasodilating, cardiotonic, sedative and antiarrhythmic effects. Despite the significant market segment of modern original synthetic drugs (PHs), phytopreparations are gaining relevance in practical medicine, interest in which is revived at a new scientific and practical level through in-depth study of various groups of biologically active natural compounds with a wide range of therapeutic activity , which clearly shows the trend towards the introduction of evidence-based medicine in the overall assessment of the effectiveness of LRS and developed on its basis phytopreparations of various directions.
The article is devoted to the substantiation of the general concept and development of research methodology for the development of solid drugs with plant extracts for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
Based on the analysis of modern scientific sources and on the basis of our own experimental research, we have proposed a general concept and methodology for creating solid drugs in tablet form, developed on the basis of parsnip sowing extract and intended for complex use in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Conceptual approaches to the definition of objects from medicinal plant raw materials of the planned research, obtaining a thick extract and creating on its basis a drug in the form of tablets under the conditional name "Pastinocard" are presented.
