- All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer review process.
- The process is double-blind, ensuring both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous.
- Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and previous experience in the subject matter.

- We adhere to the guidelines set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
- Any allegations of misconduct, including plagiarism, data falsification, or duplicate submission, will be thoroughly investigated.

Feedback & Appeals:
- Authors have the right to appeal editorial decisions. Appeals will be considered by a panel distinct from the original reviewers.
- If authors feel any inconvenience in the publication process, they may submit their complaints to complaints@ssp.ee. The Editorial Office will address complaints regarding the journal’s policies and procedures and may forward the complaint to the respective journal’s Editorial Board, if required.
