THE CONCEPT OF LAW AS A FUNDAMENTAL BASEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL LAW

Abstract

In our opinion, in modern market relations for the development of the pharmaceutical healthcare sector, the main thing is not to be late in understanding the need to develop pharmaceutical law as a fundamental direction that has undoubted theoretical and practical value in the management system, marketing, drug technology, organization and economy of pharmacy, without mixing these concepts and not trying to grasp the immensity of some scientists, without unnecessary offense, and using the administrative resource, with the "thinking" inherent in the command-administrative system (I am right, because I am the boss; I am right, because I have many rights; I am right, because, that I said so, etc.), stipulations, personal ambitions, fuss and settling of scores (without opposing one school of scientists to another) in the preparation of a pharmacist-manager or doctor-manager, who have already begun to be trained at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, where individual the focus is on management and marketing in medicine and pharmacy.
